Robin’s Desktop was established in 2005 to provide support services to business owners and non-profit organizations. Robin’s desire is to help small business and non-profits as they grow.

During her professional career, Robin received the Professional Member of the Year award, from the Charleston Chapter IAAP®. As chapter president, her leadership earned the West Virginia Division Chapter of the Year Award. She served on a variety of state and local committees: WV Writers District 6 Representative; Upper Kanawha Valley Health & Recreation Committee; Board Member Resource Conservation & Development; Chairwoman SCORE Chapter 256; and, Board Member WV Interagency Council on Homelessness by appointment of Governor Joe Manchin.

After 12 years working for the State of West Virginia, providing administrative support to managers, assistant and executive directors, Robin launched Robin’s Desktop. Since 2005 Robin has provided quality, efficient, and custom administrative support to entrepreneurs, non-profit organization and association, plumbing and HVAC business, insurance agents, economic development groups, churches, counseling agencies, hotels, and other small businesses across the state.

Robin is frequently requested as keynote speaker, trainer, and workshop presenter for community and technical colleges, associations, and chambers of commerce events.

Robin’s Desktop specializes in: social media marketing, data conversion, document development, desktop publishing, document editing, grant writing, electronic and print newsletters, meeting planning, and more.

Spanning more than 20 years, Robin’s experience is built on a steady progression in skills development beginning as an office assistant, secretary, administrative assistant, legislative specialist, earning an associate degree in office administration and bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership, and topped off being a business owner.
